Membership: By becoming a member of the APBEE Association, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined on this website. Membership is valid for one year from the date of registration and must be renewed annually.
Payment: Payment of the 200 Rs membership fee and any other fee or contribution/donation to the association contribution must be made at the time of registration or when asked. Payments must be made in Indian Rupees. In case of failure to pay the fees, the membership will be deemed inactive and the member will lose access to the member’s only resources and benefits.
Refunds: Membership fees and Association contributions are non-refundable. In case of any issue with the payment, the member should contact the association’s support team.
Privacy: The APBEE Association respects your privacy and will not share or sell your personal information to any third party. The personal information provided by the member will be used for the purpose of communication and to provide member’s only resources and benefits.
Content: The APBEE Association is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information or content provided on this website or by members. The member should use their discretion while relying on the information provided by other members or on the website.
Liability: The APBEE Association is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by members as a result of their membership or use of this website. Members are responsible for their actions and should use the website and its resources responsibly.
Changes: The APBEE Association reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is the member’s responsibility to stay updated with the terms and conditions.
Compliance: Members must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the rules and regulations of Prasar Bharati. Members found to be in non-compliance with the laws, regulations and rules of Prasar Bharati will be subject to termination of membership.
Termination: The APBEE Association reserves the right to terminate a member’s membership at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with the terms and conditions, non-payment of fees or any illegal or unethical activity.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In case of any legal disputes, the jurisdiction will be of the courts in Delhi.
