The APBEE Association has a strict no-refund policy due to technical and financial audit constraints, but exceptional cases will be taken.

  1. Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership anytime by contacting the association’s support team. However, the membership fee and association contribution are non-refundable.
  2. Refunds: Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, errors, or dissatisfaction with the services provided by the association.
  3. Chargebacks: Attempting to initiate a chargeback or dispute with the payment provider will immediately terminate the member’s account, and the member will not be entitled to any refund.
  4. Exception: In case if the member is unable to pay the fee due to some unforeseen circumstances, the member can contact the association’s support team and explain the situation, the association will consider the case on an individual basis and take a decision accordingly.
  5. By becoming a member of the APBEE Association, you agree to this no-refund policy and understand that the membership fee and association contribution are non-refundable.
