** Update on Tech/Sr.Tech merger issue**
Today we have submitted our representation in MIB to include Technicians (Who were appointed after 05/10/2007) in ongoing merger process . We have also met officials in MIB regarding this issue.
We have submitted all documents related to this issue to our lawyer and he is preparing OA for One cadre One pay Case for Technicians and very soon we will file a case in CAT Delhi.
