On 02 Aug 2018, Prasar Bharati re clarifies the ambiguity on the applicability of Central Government Service Rules//regulations on different issues faced by PB employees on stations/kendras like Lien, Casual Leave, Technical Resignation, Leave Travel Concession, Travelling Allowance Rules, Transfer Policy etc. 

PB again reiterated that as per resolution passed by the Prasar Bharati Board in its first meeting, till Prasar Bharati frames its own Regulations, Government Rules and
Reguiations  would be applicable mutatis mutandis to its employee. So, all the colleagues who are facing issues at staions/kendras may please refer to this order.
